Course tuition is not refundable under any circumstances.
Upon successful completion of your program with 80% attendance and full payment of tuition and fees, you will be awarded a certificate. You may request one extension provided that your program is completed within 12 months with an extension fee.
Should the course be under-subscribed (ie. under 12 students), we will defer the starting date of the course and notify all students by phone and/or by email to reschedule a starting date. Students will have the option to receive a full refund within one month by cheque if the new course dates do not suit their schedule. We endeavor to notify you at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of the course.
Alternatively, should the course be over-subscribed (ie. over 30 students), students will be placed on a waiting list. We will notify all enrolled students to confirm their place in the course upon receipt of their application form and payment.
A full refund will be issued within one month by cheque if a class is canceled or if the minimum number of students is not reached for the course.
Once a class has begun, no refund or letter of credit will be issued for any reason, including illness, travel, or classes postponed because of circumstances beyond our control.
